Senior Nutrition is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of older adults in Capitol Heights, MD, by providing essential food assistance through hot, nutritious meals. Our program caters specifically to Prince George's County residents aged 60 and older, ensuring they have access to healthy food options. We offer congregate meals in a friendly community setting as well as home-delivered meals five days a week for those who prefer to dine in the comfort of their homes. Our mission is to tackle food insecurity among seniors while promoting health and social connection.
