Located in Burtonsville, MD, Cancer Transitions offers a comprehensive, evidence-based program designed for individuals who have completed treatment for any type of cancer. While our focus is on survivors within the last 24 months, we welcome participants at any stage of their survivorship journey. Our mission is to empower cancer survivors through tailored nutritional support, customized exercise plans, and valuable education on emotional health and medical management. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that promotes holistic healing and equips survivors with the tools they need to thrive as they move forward in their lives.
