THRIVE Program - Ryan White Services

The THRIVE Program in Brooklyn, MD is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive support for individuals impacted by Hepatitis C and HIV. Our mission is to empower clients through a range of essential services geared towards improving health outcomes and enhancing quality of life. We offer specialized outpatient health services, including primary care and HIV specialty care, alongside compassionate medical case management that meets clients where they are—both in the clinic and the community. Our program addresses mental health needs, provides outpatient substance abuse treatment, and offers nutritional support through medical nutritional therapy and food assistance, including access to our food bank and home-delivered meals. We also facilitate access to essential resources such as legal services, transportation assistance, health insurance premium cost sharing, and emergency financial aid for medications, ensuring that our clients have the support they need to thrive.
