Simple Cooking with Heart, part of the YMCA's Culinary and Nutrition Education program in Brandywine, MD, is dedicated to empowering SNAP-eligible families with essential cooking and nutrition skills. Our engaging four-week classes provide practical culinary education while ensuring that each participating household receives two complimentary bags of fresh, home-delivered produce, supporting healthier eating habits. Currently offered virtually, our mission is to enhance food education and accessibility, making it easier for our community to enjoy nutritious meals and improve overall well-being.
