The THRIVE Program in Bethesda, MD, is dedicated to empowering individuals living with Hepatitis C and HIV by providing comprehensive prevention, treatment, and management services. Our holistic approach includes outpatient health care with a focus on both primary and specialized HIV services, along with essential medical case management in clinic and community settings. We prioritize mental health support and offer outpatient substance abuse treatment, including access to prescribed Suboxone®. Additionally, our medical nutritional therapy ensures clients receive valuable dietary guidance, complemented by our food bank and home-delivered meals to address food insecurity. We also provide vital transportation assistance, help with health insurance costs, and emergency financial aid for medications, reflecting our commitment to improving the overall well-being of our community members and ensuring they have the resources they need to thrive.
