Established in 2012, Seaside Counseling & Wellness Center (SCWC) is dedicated to meeting the diverse and growing mental health needs of the community. They provide an array of services, including individual, family, and couples counseling, with a steadfast commitment to promoting wellness and mental health for all ages, from children to elders. SCWC operates from a strength-based perspective that highlights the potential for growth in every individual and situation. The center is adept at helping clients enhance their relationships with themselves and others while striving to overcome challenges like anger, sadness, and stress, ultimately guiding them towards a healthy, balanced life. SCWC's mission encompasses the empowerment and improvement of quality of life for children, adolescents, adults, and families, fostering meaningful connections within the community. Additionally, SCWC offers Category 1/A Continuing Education Classes for social workers, professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, art therapists, and drug and alcohol counselors, further emphasizing their commitment to professional development and community engagement.
