The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Berlin, MD empowers individuals to become advocates for a socially, environmentally, and economically just food system through hands-on training and education. This fellowship is offered at no cost, ensuring accessibility for those seeking to make a difference in their communities. Selected Fellows engage in a six-month experiential residential study, followed by a Community Action Year collaborating with regional non-profits to implement their training and foster community engagement. Applications are accepted until March each year, with the fellowship experience typically running from May to October.
