Cancer Transitions is a supportive and evidence-based program located in Beltsville, MD, designed for cancer survivors who have completed their treatment, especially those within the last 24 months, but beneficial for all survivors at any stage of their journey. Our mission is to empower individuals by offering essential resources tailored to their needs, including nutritional support to foster healthy eating habits, customized exercise plans to enhance physical well-being, emotional health education to strengthen resilience, and medical management guidance to inform ongoing health decisions. We are committed to helping survivors thrive as they navigate life after cancer, ensuring that they have the tools and support necessary for a fulfilling post-treatment experience.
