Located in Worcester, MA, the UMass Memorial HIV/HCV Program is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive medical care for individuals living with HIV and HCV, especially those facing challenges such as insufficient health coverage or financial constraints. Supported by funding from Ryan White Part C and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, our dedicated multi-disciplinary team ensures that all patients receive high-quality health and social services in a culturally and linguistically accommodating environment. We believe that no one should be turned away due to the inability to pay, and we embrace a patient-centered approach by assisting with health insurance navigation and enrollment in programs like the HIV Drug Assistance Program (HDAP). Our extensive range of services includes accessible medical care, medication adherence support, mental health services, nutrition counseling, dental care, and more. At UMass Memorial, we honor the dignity and respect of all individuals, regardless of background, and have medical interpreters available to bridge language barriers. New patients are encouraged to reach out to schedule an appointment, with most being seen within two weeks.
