Program RISE

Program RISE, a vital initiative of JRI Health located in Woburn, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of the MetroWest community, including Framingham and surrounding areas. We offer essential STI and HIV testing, counseling, and case management services to empower individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. Our multimodal approach includes harm reduction resources, safer sex materials, support groups, emergency assistance, and access to food resources, ensuring comprehensive care for those in need. All our services are provided free of charge, with a commitment to safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, available by appointment to ensure personalized support. We are here to connect our clients with the medical transportation and community referrals necessary for their health journey, embodying a welcoming, supportive environment for all.
