MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Winchester, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care through VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to tailored weight management services that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for support in the comfort of home. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. For those facing more significant challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. Our compassionate team is here to support Veterans on their journey to a healthier lifestyle, encouraging anyone interested in the program to reach out to their local MOVE!
