Located in Wilmington, MA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting individuals facing the challenges of dysphagia by providing essential resources that promote health and well-being. We offer a variety of services including access to food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment designed specifically for low-income individuals.
