Program RISE

Program RISE is a vital initiative of JRI Health located in Westford, MA, dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals in the MetroWest area, including Framingham and nearby towns. We provide essential services focused on STI and HIV prevention, including testing, counseling, and harm reduction materials. Our program also offers comprehensive support for those impacted by HIV/AIDS, featuring case management, support groups, and community referrals. Additionally, we prioritize food access and medical transportation services, ensuring that our clients receive the assistance they need without any cost. At Program RISE, we believe in providing compassionate, accessible healthcare, with all services currently available by appointment to ensure the safety of our community. Masks are required upon entering, and we are committed to accommodating walk-in clients to the greatest extent possible based on their individual needs and our appointment capacity.
