MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Westford, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Each year, we make it a priority to screen Veterans who receive care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management options. Our program offers various avenues for support, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, while Veterans needing more intensive intervention can explore weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if other methods have not met their needs.
