Kirsten Jettinghoff

Kirsten Jettinghoff, MA, LMHC, is a compassionate counselor dedicated to helping adults navigate their mental health challenges to achieve greater satisfaction in their relationships, particularly the one with themselves. Understanding that unsupportive relationships can lead to a sense of missing out on life's joys, she employs a cognitive behavioral approach that empowers individuals with greater control and choice in their responses to life's events. Kirsten provides treatment for a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, codependency, and addiction recovery, including specific support for Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA). With additional training in complementary care modalities, Kirsten integrates techniques such as the Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and PSYCH-K alongside her certifications in Usui and Karuna Reiki, and as a Feng Shui Consultant.
