MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in West Springfield, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and provided with tailored referrals to appropriate weight management services. We offer a variety of care options to meet the unique needs of our Veterans, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer to take their health journey independently, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additionally, Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight may find relief through our weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
