Program RISE

Program RISE, a compassionate initiative of JRI Health, is dedicated to serving the Watertown, MA area and its surrounding communities, including Framingham. We offer vital STI and HIV testing, preventative care, and support services free of charge, ensuring that everyone has access to the healthcare they need. Our comprehensive program includes supportive case management, harm reduction materials, safer sex supplies, emergency assistance, and referrals to other community resources. Our group support services foster a sense of belonging for individuals living with HIV/AIDS, while our medical transportation ensures that access to care is never a barrier. In response to the ongoing pandemic, we provide services by appointment, welcoming walk-ins when possible, and prioritizing the health and safety of our clients with required mask protocols. Program RISE is committed to improving the health and well-being of our community through immediate, effective support.
