Adult Survivorship Program

The Adult Survivorship Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Waltham, MA, is dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support for adult cancer survivors. We understand that life after cancer can present unique challenges, and our expert team is here to offer the resources you need to thrive. Our program focuses on addressing long-term effects of treatment, managing the risk of secondary cancers, and providing psychological, physical, and social support through a variety of specialized services. We bring together a diverse team of professionals, including cardiologists, endocrinologists, nutrition counselors, and more, to tailor a personalized survivorship plan alongside your primary care physician. Anyone aged 21 or older who has been treated for cancer is welcome to benefit from our services, regardless of where their treatment took place. We also accept some forms of Medicaid and Medicare, and our Financial Assistance program is available to help those who require support for their healthcare costs.
