MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Wakefield, MA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with the right support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging system. For those who prefer self-guided weight management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app offers a comprehensive tool to track progress with ease. We also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need additional assistance beyond our core offerings.
