Located in South Boston, MA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income individuals living with dysphagia. Our mission is to ensure access to essential resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. By focusing on food assistance tailored specifically to the needs of our community, we strive to provide vital support and enhance daily living for those we serve.
