Located in Revere, MA, Chelsea Substance Use Disorder Services (S.U.D.S) Housing & Basic Support Program is dedicated to helping Chelsea residents overcome challenges associated with alcohol and substance use disorders. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of individuals by providing access to comprehensive treatment options, transitional housing, and essential resources. We offer crucial support services such as case management, emergency housing, emergency food vouchers, and transportation assistance through cab vouchers or MBTA passes.
