Cancer Transitions, located in Pittsfield, MA, is dedicated to supporting survivors of any cancer diagnosis who have recently completed their treatment. Our evidence-based program focuses on individuals who have finished their treatment within the last 24 months, although it remains valuable for survivors at any stage of their journey. We offer a range of essential services including nutritional support to promote healthy eating, customized exercise plans tailored to individual abilities, emotional health education, and comprehensive medical management support.
