Health Education Workshops

Located in North Dartmouth, MA, the Healthy Living Center of Excellence is dedicated to empowering individuals through evidence-based health education workshops conducted in both English and Spanish. Our workshops focus on the prevention and management of chronic diseases, drawing from research and best practices established by leading national universities and medical organizations. With a diverse lineup of 12 workshops, including the Diabetes Self-Management Program, A Matter of Balance, and Tai Chi for Healthy Aging, we provide practical tools and strategies to support healthier lifestyles and enhance well-being.
