Our Meals on Wheels program delivers these essential meals directly to individuals' homes each weekday, ensuring they receive at least one-third of their daily nutritional needs, with options for modified diets to accommodate specific health conditions like diabetes. A complimentary in-home assessment by our dedicated case managers helps determine eligibility for this crucial service. While we encourage a small donation per meal to support the program, no senior is ever turned away due to financial constraints.
