Adult Survivorship Program

The Adult Survivorship Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Newton Center, MA, is dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support for adult cancer survivors. Our mission focuses on addressing the unique challenges faced by individuals who have experienced adult-onset cancer. We understand that surviving cancer extends beyond treatment, which is why our expert team—including physicians, nurses, researchers, and psychologists—works collaboratively with you and your primary care provider to develop a personalized plan for long-term health and well-being. We offer a wide range of specialized services, including nutrition counseling, exercise consultations, and management of long-term treatment effects, as well as support for navigating the risk of second cancers and addressing psychological and social concerns. Whether or not you have been treated at Dana-Farber, our program is accessible to all adult survivors aged 21 and older. We also provide financial assistance options for those in need, ensuring that everyone can receive the care they deserve without the burden of financial stress.
