Adult Survivorship Program

The Adult Survivorship Program at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Needham, MA is dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care for adults who have survived cancer. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including nutritional counseling, exercise consultations, and expertise in sexual health, among others. Importantly, you do not need to have been treated at Dana-Farber to benefit from our program. We are committed to accessibility, accepting various insurance plans, including some Medicaid and Medicare options, and providing financial assistance to those in need.
