Worcester Evening Free Medical Service Program

The Worcester Evening Free Medical Service Program, located in Milford, MA, is dedicated to extending compassionate healthcare to individuals and families in the greater Worcester community who lack access to affordable health insurance. Our commitment is to provide essential free medical services, including checkups, physicals, sick visits, lab and TB testing, as well as dental screenings and illness treatment. We also offer medications, specialist referrals, physical therapy, nutritional counseling, and information on social services. In light of recent circumstances, we have adapted our services to include convenient telehealth visits for acute and chronic medical concerns, medication refills, and health screenings, available Monday through Thursday from 6-8 PM EST. For in-person support, the Epworth Free Medical Program welcomes patients on Mondays from 6-8 PM by appointment. Our goal is to ensure that everyone in our community has access to vital medical care, reinforcing our mission of health equity for all.
