Program RISE

Program RISE, based in Milford, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals in the MetroWest area, including Framingham and nearby towns. As a vital service of JRI Health, we provide comprehensive STI preventative care, counseling, and testing services, alongside essential support for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Our offerings include free STI and HIV testing, harm reduction materials, safer sex supplies, support groups, food access, medical transportation, community referrals, emergency assistance, and personalized case management. We prioritize a welcoming environment, ensuring all services are available by appointment, with walk-ins accommodated as needed. Clients are kindly asked to wear masks for everyone's safety, and masks will be provided as necessary. At Program RISE, we are committed to providing practical, supportive, and immediate assistance to those in need.
