MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Middleboro, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to provide comprehensive support by annually screening all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connecting them to personalized weight management options that suit their unique needs. We offer diverse services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. Veterans looking to take control of their health can also use our MOVE! Coach mobile app or explore medically supervised weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional assistance. We encourage any Veteran interested in improving their weight health to reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to embark on their journey with us.
