Adult Survivorship Program

The Adult Survivorship Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Mansfield, MA, is dedicated to providing expert and compassionate care for adult cancer survivors facing unique challenges after treatment. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those who were treated for cancer at age 21 or older, through a comprehensive approach that includes clinical services, education, and support tailored to individual needs. We understand that surviving cancer brings its own set of concerns, from the risk of second cancers to the long-term effects of treatment, and our team of skilled physicians, nurses, researchers, and psychologists is here to guide you. We offer a variety of specialized services, including nutrition counseling, exercise consultations, and sexual health support, alongside access to cardiologists, gynecologists, and other medical experts who collaborate with your primary care team. At Dana-Farber, we are committed to assisting you on your journey to live well beyond cancer. Our Adult Survivorship Program welcomes individuals regardless of where they received treatment, and we accept certain forms of Medicaid and Medicare, with financial assistance available for those in need.
