Adult Survivorship Program

Located in Malden, MA, the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's Adult Survivorship Program is dedicated to providing exceptional and compassionate care for adult cancer survivors. Our mission is to support individuals who have been treated for cancer as adults (ages 21 and older) by offering expert guidance on managing the unique health challenges they may face after treatment. Our comprehensive services delve into critical areas such as the risk of secondary cancers, long-term treatment effects, and overall well-being, addressing both the physical and emotional concerns of survivorship. Our multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, researchers, and psychologists is committed to working collaboratively with you and your primary care physician to create personalized care plans that promote a healthy and fulfilling life after cancer. We also provide a range of specialized services, including nutrition counseling, exercise consultations, and mental health support. At our program, we believe that support should be accessible to all, and we welcome individuals regardless of where their cancer treatment occurred, accepting various Medicaid and Medicare plans while offering financial assistance to those in need.
