Program RISE

Program RISE is an essential resource proudly serving Lowell, MA, and the surrounding MetroWest area with vital health services dedicated to STI prevention, HIV/AIDS support, and holistic case management. We offer free and accessible services, including confidential STI and HIV testing, harm reduction materials, safer sex supplies, group support, medical transportation, community referrals, and emergency assistance, all aimed at empowering individuals facing health challenges. During this time of COVID-19, we prioritize client safety by providing services by appointment, while accommodating walk-ins based on availability. Our welcoming environment ensures every client receives the care and support they need, with masks provided for those who do not have one.
