LIVESTRONG at the YMCA

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, located in Gardner, MA, offers a compassionate and empowering 12-week program specifically designed for adult cancer survivors aiming to reclaim their health and vitality after treatment. As part of the YMCA of Central Massachusetts, we embrace our core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility to foster a welcoming environment for all. Our program includes a complimentary YMCA Family Membership and access to two 75-minute classes each week, providing a safe space for participants to focus on improving energy levels, building strength, and enhancing flexibility while combating the side effects of cancer therapy.
