HIV/HCV Medical Care

At the UMass Memorial HIV/HCV Program in Gardner, MA, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive medical care for individuals facing HIV and HCV, particularly those without adequate health care coverage. Funded by Ryan White Part C and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, we ensure high-quality health and social services through a multi-disciplinary team that upholds the highest standards of confidentiality. Our services cater to every patient, regardless of their ability to pay, and encompass a wide range of support, including medical care, medication adherence assistance, mental health services, and nutritional guidance. We pride ourselves on treating all individuals with respect and dignity, offering culturally and linguistically appropriate care. With support for health insurance enrollment and access to essential programs like the HIV Drug Assistance Program (HDAP), we strive to empower every patient in their health journey. Appointments are available, typically within two weeks, and we gladly welcome all individuals living with HIV or HCV to reach out for support.
