MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Framingham, MA is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategy. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management solutions that suit their unique needs. We offer diverse care options, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to assist in their weight management journey. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing persistent weight-related challenges. To learn more about participating in the MOVE!
