Worcester Evening Free Medical Service Program

The Worcester Evening Free Medical Service Program in Fitchburg, MA, is dedicated to providing accessible healthcare to the greater Worcester community, focusing on individuals and families who lack health insurance or cannot afford medical care. Our walk-in program offers a wide range of free medical services, including checkups, physical exams, sick visits, lab testing, tuberculosis testing, dental screenings and exams, illness treatment, medication support, referrals to specialists, physical therapy, nutritional counseling, and social services guidance. While in-person visits are currently limited due to COVID-19, we are maintaining our commitment to serve through telehealth visits for acute and chronic medical concerns, medication refills, and health screenings, available Monday through Thursday evenings. For those who need in-person consultations, appointments can be scheduled during designated hours on Mondays.
