HIV Case Management and Health-Related Services

Located in Fall River, MA, CCBC is dedicated to providing essential HIV case management and health-related services to individuals living with HIV in the Greater Taunton and Attleboro regions. Our mission is to offer comprehensive support and counseling for both symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals diagnosed with HIV, as well as for their families and significant others. We prioritize personalized care through services that include thorough assessments, crisis intervention, and outreach. Our team provides consistent case management, short-term individual therapy, family or couples counseling, and support groups tailored for those living with HIV. Additionally, we ensure access to housing services, food packaging assistance, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and collaboration with infectious disease specialists at Morton Hospital. CCBC proudly accepts Medicaid and Medicare, making our resources accessible for those in need.
