MOVE! Weight Management Program

The MOVE! Weight Management Program in East Falmouth, MA, is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and given access to tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of supportive options, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for additional in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides valuable resources. Additionally, we recognize that some Veterans may need further assistance, which is why we also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges.
