Adult Survivorship Program

Located in Dedham, MA, the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute's Adult Survivorship Program is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care for adults who have survived cancer. Our mission is to support individuals aged 21 and older as they navigate the challenges that may arise after cancer treatment. We specialize in addressing the complexities of survivorship, including the risk of second cancers, the long-term effects of treatments, and various social, physical, and psychological concerns. Our team of physicians, nurses, researchers, and psychologists collaborate closely with survivors and their primary care providers to develop personalized plans that promote well-being and a fulfilling life post-cancer. Our services encompass a wide range of expertise including nutrition counseling, exercise consultations, and specialized care from cardiologists, gynecologists, and nephrologists, with an emphasis on offering education and support tailored to individual needs. You do not need prior treatment at Dana-Farber to access our services, as we are committed to helping all survivors, including those covered by Medicaid and Medicare. Our Financial Assistance program ensures that healthcare resources are available to those in need, reinforcing our dedication to enhancing the quality of life for every survivor.
