Program RISE

Program RISE, located in Chestnut Hill, MA, is a vital multi-service initiative of JRI Health dedicated to supporting the MetroWest community, including Framingham and surrounding areas. We offer essential services aimed at STI prevention, counseling, and testing, along with comprehensive support for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. Our offerings include free testing for STIs, STDs, and HIV, harm reduction resources, safer sex materials, support groups, food access, medical transportation, community referrals, and emergency assistance. Our case management services ensure that each client receives the personalized support they need. While we are currently operating by appointment only due to COVID-19, we strive to accommodate walk-ins when possible. Rest assured, our welcoming environment prioritizes the health and safety of all clients, with masks provided for those in need.
