Food Bank

Located in Chelsea, MA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential resources that improve their quality of life. Our mission is to ensure that those in need have access to critical food assistance, including specialized food thickeners and pre-modified foods. In addition to nutritious options, we offer therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. We invite community members to visit us to learn more about how we can assist in their journey towards better health and well-being.
