MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Chelmsford, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and to connect them with a range of effective weight management options tailored to their individual needs. We offer comprehensive programs including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, enabling Veterans to receive support from the comfort of their homes. For those who prefer self-directed management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with advanced options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
