Dan Berman

Dan Berman is a classically trained psychodynamic therapist with a thoughtful, careful, and collaborative approach. With extensive experience working with individuals, groups, families, and couples, he is particularly skilled in addressing common issues such as depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Prior to establishing his private practice, Dan served as a supervising clinician and psychotherapist for students at Harvard University, where he gained invaluable insight into the dynamics of mental health across various age groups. His background includes working within child, adolescent, and adult inpatient and partial hospitalization programs. As an educator in psychodynamic theory, Dan has led seminars for trainees and has effectively guided clients through a range of concerns, including trauma, addictions, sexual dysfunction, and self-injury.
