Adult Survivorship Program

Located in Brookline, MA, the Adult Survivorship Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is dedicated to providing exceptional care for adult survivors of cancer. Our mission is to support those who have faced cancer by addressing the unique challenges that may arise after treatment, including the risk of second cancers and the long-term effects of earlier therapies. Our compassionate team of physicians, nurses, researchers, and psychologists specializes in survivorship care, working collaboratively with your primary care provider to develop personalized plans for living a healthy life after cancer. We offer a range of services including nutrition counseling, exercise consultations, sexual health support, and access to specialists such as cardiologists and endocrinologists. You do not need to have received treatment at Dana-Farber to benefit from our program, and we are committed to providing financial assistance for those in need.
