MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Bridgewater, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities for obesity, connecting them with tailored weight management options that suit their individual needs. We offer a range of services including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home support, along with the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing challenges despite previous efforts, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
