Barbara Bowe

Barbara Bowe holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Saybrook University in California, where she is also pursuing her PhD in Clinical Psychology. With several years of clinical experience, she adopts a person-centered integrative approach that frequently incorporates depth and insight-oriented psychotherapy, spirituality, energy psychology, mindfulness, dreamwork, feminist theory, strengths-based therapy, creativity, hypnotherapy, and parts work. Barbara has a particular passion for supporting womxn facing challenges such as body image dissatisfaction, self-esteem issues, and disordered eating. She welcomes clients who are seeking to integrate their spirituality into their therapeutic journey. She is known for being fat-friendly, queer, and BIPOC allied, creating a warm and inclusive environment for all clients.
