Program RISE

Program RISE, located in Billerica, MA, is dedicated to enhancing community health through a comprehensive range of services tailored for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS and those seeking STI prevention. As a key initiative of JRI Health, we proudly serve the MetroWest area, including Framingham and nearby towns, by offering free, accessible support including confidential testing for STIs, HIV, and dedicated case management. Our program provides essential resources such as harm reduction materials, safer sex supplies, food access, medical transportation, and community referrals to help individuals navigate their health needs. We prioritize safety by offering services by appointment, ensuring that each client feels supported and welcomed while adhering to COVID-19 precautions. At Program RISE, we believe that everyone deserves compassionate care and the resources necessary for a healthier future.
