Mary Louise Casey, MA, is a compassionate therapist committed to guiding adult women towards emotional and spiritual healing. With over 30 years of experience teaching in the public school system and holding a degree in Music Education, she seamlessly integrates music into her therapeutic sessions. Additionally, Mary offers mindful centered meditation and is an active member of a Heart Powered Women's Group, as well as having participated in PRH Growth Workshops & Methods for Human Development. Her completion of Ashley Turner's Yoga and Mental Health, Yoga Psychology, and Resilience Summits equips her with the skills to support her clients' overall wellness.
