Sharon Foley

Sharon Foley is a highly skilled licensed clinical social worker and therapist, boasting over twenty-five years of experience in psychotherapy. Her compassionate approach invites individuals to explore their reasons for seeking therapy, providing a safe space for them to reflect on their current experiences and the past events that have influenced their journey. Sharon works with clients facing a diverse array of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, the loss of a loved one, and relational difficulties with spouses, children, or aging parents. She collaborates closely with her clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs. Utilizing an extensive range of treatment modalities, Sharon incorporates insight-oriented techniques and cognitive-behavioral therapy into her practice. Additionally, she introduces clients to effective relaxation strategies, meditation, and mindfulness practices. In her private practice, she enjoys working with adults through individual psychotherapy and couples counseling.
