MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Allston, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and given access to tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs. We offer a variety of care options, including supportive group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact as needed. Additionally, Veterans can take advantage of the MOVE! Coach mobile app for a self-directed approach to weight management, and those who may benefit from medical intervention can explore weight loss medications or bariatric surgery after other options have been considered.
